Singing and music play an important role in child development. We find music everywhere: theatre, television, movies, cartoons, celebrations, holidays. From birth, parents deliberately use music to calm their children, to express love or just to interact. It is found that musical experiences in childhood can accelerate brain development. Apart from academic achievement, music also supports the kids socially and emotionally. It helps the body and mind work together just like what yoga does!

You can variously use music and songs in your kids yoga classes:
1- Hello Hello!
Hello, hello. (Hello Sun)
Can you clap your hands? (Clap your hands)
Hello, hello.
Can you clap your hands?
Can you stretch up high? (Reach up to the sky on your tiptoes)
Can you touch your toes? (Bend forward and touch your toes)
Can you turn around? (Turn around yourself)
Can you say, “Hello?” (Hello Sun)
