Kids Yoga Stories
As a mother of two children and an adult with a literature degree, I have always loved reading children’s books – sometimes even more than adult books. Now my love of kids books combined with kids yoga and turned into a passion.
As you may already know, one of the most important features of a child yoga is entertainment. Kids yoga is combined with songs, stories and games and applied according to age groups. The basic postures in kids yoga are named after animals, plants, objects and nature. Stories and games prolong children’s time to concentrate, integrating with stories and expanding their imagination.
Thus, please enjoy the lovely and fun kids yoga stories with kids yoga postures and the relaxation parts at the very end of the stories, inspired by children’s books.
