Tina was a very curious cow (Cow: Come to hands and knees. Raise the neck upwards, bringing the belly towards the floor while curving the lower back inwards. Extend the hip outwards and slightly upwards.). She had a thirst of discovery. And reading was one of her most favorite activities (Reading Book: Coming to seating position, bring the soles of the feet together.). Her mind was full of wonderful things all of which her sisters found very silly. “Impossible! Ridiculous! Nonsense!” they would say every time she told them her amazing ideas. Her sisters were only interested in one thing: fresh and juicy grass (Eating: Sitting on the ground, cross the legs. Fold forward resting the elbows on the ground and enjoy eating!).
One day when Tina was exploring the woods, she decided to try something new. She began to climb a tree (Tree: Standing tall, bend your right knee. Place your right foot on the inside of your left leg either above or below your knee joint. Bring your hands in front of your heart or you can lift your arms up to the sky.). Up and up she went (Climbing: Standing tall, raise one leg slowly up and lift the opposite arm as if you are climbing up.). And at the top Tina couldn’t believe her eyes. Unlike the fierce dragons she had seen in her books, this one was friendly and vegetarian (Dragon: Standing up, come down onto one knee. Reaching your arms over your head, lift your chest. You may link your thumbs together and stick out your tongue as you breath out dragon fire.). All afternoon they talked about wonderful dreams and incredible stories. Tina couldn’t wait to tell her sisters about her new friend.
But her sisters were not impressed. “Dragons don’t exist. Cows can’t climb trees” they said. And with that they went to bed (Bed: Sitting on your bottoms, walk your hands behind you, fingers pointing towards your hips. Feet flat, bend your knees. Lift your hips up off the ground.). But the next morning Tina was nowhere to be seen. Her sisters found a note: “Gone flying with the dragon of the woods” (Bird: Open your legs wide. Come halfway up into a flat back. Lift your arms out at your side like wings floating up and down as you fly like a bird.). Tina’s nonsense had gone too far. The sisters decided to go and find her and bring her home (House: Open your legs wide but a comfortable distance apart. Lift your arms up over your head bringing your hands together.).
For the first time, they ventured beyond the farm and into the woods (Group Tree: Standing tall, bend your right knee. Place your right foot on the inside of your left leg either above or below your knee joint. Bring your hands in front of your heart or you can lift your arms up to the sky, holding hands together.). They had never imagined it would be so beautiful. And then they came across something very strange. “Impossible!” they said. But the first cow began to climb, and one after another, up they went (Climbing: Standing tall, raise one leg slowly up and lift the opposite arm as if you are climbing up.).
The world beyond the fields was extraordinary on the branch of the tree (Tree: Standing tall, bend your right knee. Place your right foot on the inside of your left leg either above or below your knee joint. Bring your hands in front of your heart or you can lift your arms up to the sky.). But where was Tina? Suddenly the cows looked up (Raised Arms: Stand with the feet hip distance apart. Lift your arms upwards and continue the movement doing a back bend.). It was impossible, ridiculous, and nonsense! But it was true! Tina was flying (Flying: Standing straight with your feet together, bend your upper body forward bringing it parallel to the floor. Balancing on your right leg, raise your left leg and stretch it behind you. Extend the arms out at shoulder level.). And when she asked her sisters to join her, they said something they had never said before: “Yes, why not!”
And after that they just couldn’t wait to see what else was possible…

Relaxation: Flying with Tina: A Meditation Journey
Find a comfortable seated position. Cross your legs, rest your hands gently on your knees, and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth. Feel your body start to relax, letting go of any tension in your muscles. Allow your mind to focus on your breath, moving gently in and out.
Now, imagine you are in a peaceful, grassy meadow. The sun is shining, and a gentle breeze moves through the air. You can hear the soft moo of the cows in the distance. Today, we’re going to go on a magical journey with a very special cow named Tina.
In your mind, see Tina, a curious and adventurous cow. She loves to explore and dream. Today, she’s decided to do something incredible—something no cow has done before. Imagine watching her as she walks through the peaceful woods, her hooves lightly tapping the ground.
As she looks up, Tina notices a tall, strong tree. It seems to call to her, inviting her to climb. Imagine Tina starting to climb the tree—one hoof after the other, moving slowly and carefully. As she climbs, she feels the breeze on her face and smells the fresh, earthy scent of the forest.
At the top of the tree, Tina meets a new friend—a friendly, gentle dragon. Imagine this dragon smiling at Tina, inviting her to sit and talk. They laugh together, sharing stories and dreams of flying. As Tina listens to the dragon, she feels calm and peaceful, as if anything is possible.
Now, imagine Tina stepping onto the dragon’s back. They are about to take off and fly! Feel your body relax as you picture yourself flying through the sky, the wind brushing against your skin, the world below looking small and peaceful. You and Tina glide through the clouds, feeling free and light. There is nothing to worry about—just the joy of flying.
As you soar through the sky, you feel completely safe and happy. The sky is endless, and you feel like you can go anywhere—beyond the trees, beyond the fields, anywhere your imagination can take you.
Now, as you begin to gently float back down, picture Tina landing softly back on the ground. She smiles, feeling proud of her adventure and ready to share her story with her sisters. You too, can do anything you set your mind to—just like Tina. All it takes is a little courage and imagination.
Take a deep breath in, feeling the calm and excitement from your journey. Slowly exhale, letting all the air out. Wiggle your fingers and toes, waking your body up. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes, bringing that sense of peace and wonder back with you to the room.
Remember, like Tina, you can always climb higher, dream bigger, and fly farther than you ever thought possible.
